Mr. Fred Uytengsu is the President & CEO of the Alaska Milk Corporation which is the leading publicly listed consumer foods company in the Philippines and is a leader in the Philippine Dairy Industry. It is the brand leader in the liquid milk category and a "strong second" in the powdered division. Forbes magazine has selected the Alaska Milk Corp as one of the "top 200 small cap companies in the world" twice in the last 5 years. Alaska has recently acquired three liquid milk brands (Carnation being one of them), from Nestle, and is the exclusive distributor of the Kellogg's line of ready-to-eat cereals in the Philippines.

Mr. Uytengsu is an Ernst & Young 2007 Entrepreneur of the Year, Philippines. He is a Former Young President's Organization Chairman ('02-'03), Philippine Basketball Association Chairman (2 times) [owner of the Alaska Aces in the PBA] and an Ironman Australia CEO Challenge 3rd placer (2006).

Fred is also a triathlete and has competed in triathlons for the past 8 years and has completed 3 Ironman races. He is a smart, straightforward guy who never hesitates to speak his mind.
